Students design a bike safety campaign

A team of Champlain students worked with the Burlington Bicycle Council and the police department to design and produce bus ads, public service announcements and bicycle hang tags to help educate bicyclists about safe riding in and around the city. [Learn more] |

local community who support Champlain
College's Graphic Design & Digital Media
program in a variety of ways, including
providing internship positions.
Additionally, Champlain College
hosts a number of exciting events
and conferences in the summer months
including the Dynamic
Landscapes conference, which explores
evolving trends towards enhancing
best practices in educational technology
throughout the state of Vermont; The
Governor’s Institute, which
exposes interested Vermont high schools
students to the career possibilities
of digital technology; Green
Across the Pacific, through which
Vermont and Chinese high school students
visit each other’s countries
and work on environmental problems
through scientific and public education
initiatives; and the Young
Vermont Writers’ conference,
during which high school students
explore their potential as creative
writers.
