Course and Degree Information (2007-2008)

The Hospitality Industry Management Program consists of three tracks -- you can decide to focus on either Hotel Management, Restaurant Management or Tourism & Event Management. The course requirements for each track are listed below, but please note that changing your focus part way through the program is easily done.
