If you want to develop the necessary knowledge,
skills and abilities to build a successful management career in
the hospitality industry, then you're at the right place. Our
program offers two focus areas for you: Hotel-Restaurant
Management and Tourism & Event Management.
Using industry-experienced faculty, the program
combines a strong business management core with
a special focus on the unique challenges in the
fields of lodging, foodservice, tourism and meeting
& event management to enhance each student's
employability and promotability.
If you're interested in Hotel
or Restaurant Management:
Through a combination of academic and experiential
learning activities, you'll learn to "run
it like you own it" as a department head in
a large hotel or restaurant property, or as
the owner or general manager.
If you're leaning more toward
Tourism & Event Management:
By completing this sequence of learning activities,
you'll develop the skills to create, plan,
promote and deliver memorable experiences
for your guests and clients for business,
recreation or special events.
