Students selected for Vermont Global Trade Partnership internship

Champlain College students Jamie Henry and Caroline Nutter have been selected to participate in the Vermont Global Trade Partnership’s Summer 2008 international business internship program as research assistants. They will gain practical experience in pursuit of their International Business degrees by researching international markets and providing technical assistance to Vermont Companies.
Caroline Nutter is a Massachusetts native with an academic background in International Business, work experience in immigration law and an interest in international relief and development work.
Jamie Henry is a native Vermonter with office and leadership experience. Henry is planning to spend her senior year abroad via Champlain’s campuses in Montreal, Canada, and Dublin, Ireland.
Dana Eidsness, Vermont Global Trade Partnership’s Director of International Trade and International Trade Specialist Ariana Monti will work closely with the six-person internship team.
Students from St. Michael’s College and the University of Vermont will also be participating in the sessions held at the S.D. Ireland Family Center for Global Business and Technology on the Champlain College campus.
