The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Workshop brought more than 700 people from all walks of life - business, state and local government and individuals attended the afternoon of workshops presented by U.S. Sen. Patrick Leahy and  Vt. Gov. James Douglas. Champlain College President David Finney welcomed the workshop attendees to the campus, along with Gov. Douglas and Sen. Leahy.
