Flashbags Creators to ‘Carry a Conversation' at Champlain College

BURLINGTON, Vt. - Champlain College's Bring Your Own Business (BYOBiz) Program "Speaking from Experience" Winter 2009 series of lectures and talks with local business and entreprenieural leaders concludes Tuesday, March 24 with the founders of Flashbags, Laura Cheney and Ali Marchildon.
Learn how two former teachers teamed up to create a thriving new business. Starting with one old sewing machine and one big idea, this duo has built a powerful niche brand working with charitable organizations, media and artists. Learn how they did it and where they are headed with their entrepreneurial adventure at the free lecture. . The event is at 7 p.m. in Alumni Auditorium at Champlain College. It is open to the public.
