Dr. Kelli Ann Malone, adjunct instructor at the Champlain College Dublin campus, has just had her latest book, "Discovering Ancient Ireland," published by The History Press Ireland. Ireland's prehistoric structures have an enduring attraction that has engaged the imagination of so many who come to study and admire these monuments. The book is a clear and accessible guide to the prehistoric landscape of the island, which will enrich the experience of ancient Ireland.

Dr. Malone teaches the Early Irish History and Northern Ireland courses at Champlain College Dublin. She received her PhD in 1998 from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where she studied archaeology, heritage and tourism. She was a professor of anthropology at Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire for ten years before taking a Fulbright Fellowship at the Dublin Institute of Technology in 2006. She conducts accredited college tours of Ireland's archaeological heritage sites, is busy with research, and lives in the Midlands surrounded by the people and places she loves. Her previous book, ‘Coach Fellas: Heritage and Tourism in Ireland', was released in 2009.
