In December, U.S. Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt) will become Vermont's longest serving United States Senator. This tremendous accomplishment will be celebrated during a special taping of the WCAX television program Late Night Saturday with Tim Kavanagh.

The show, featuring Sen. Leahy, will be taped before a live audience Thursday, Dec. 4 at 8 p.m. at Alumni Auditorium, 375 Maple Street, Burlington, on the Champlain College campus. There will be two tapings that evening, the first at 7 p.m. with Vermont filmmaker David Giancola as featured guest. To see the taping of both shows, please arrive by 6:40 p.m. Or, if you would like to see just the show featuring Senator Leahy, please arrive by 7:40 p.m.
