Deposit Information for 2014-2015
Students returning full-time for the 2014-2015 academic year must pay a $500 tuition deposit, online,before registering for fall courses. The tuition deposit is applied to the 2014 Fall Semester statement.
Students that wish to reside in Champlain College housing, including Spinner Place and new dorms, Butler and Valcour, as well as students planning to study abroad for 14-15, must also pay a $500 housing deposit. The housing deposit is applied to the 2015 Spring Semester statement. Students that withdraw from housing during the academic year forfeit the $500 deposit.

If you have not been previously Authorized on Touchnet by your student, please ask them to sign you up through their "Student Statement & Payment" page. Detailed instructions are available on our "Making Payments on Student Accounts" page.
Residential Deposit $1000 ($500 tuition and $500 housing)-Full-time student and choosing to live at Burlington campus (all residential dormitories including Spinner Place).
Students depositing after March 15th will not be permitted to participate in the housing selection process and will not be guaranteed a housing space.
Study Abroad Deposit $1000 ($500 tuition and $500 housing)-Full-time student and choosing to study abroad (Dublin, Montreal or 3rd party approved program).
Commuter Deposit $500 ($500 tuition)-Full-time student commuting from off campus apartment or home.
Part-Time or Not Returning for 14 Fall - No deposit due but response required.
If you will be a part-time student, registered for less than 12 credits, or if you do not intend to return to Champlain College for the fall semester , please officially inform us by completing the online response at : PT / Not Returning Response Form
Deposits are refundable upon written notification to the Student Accounts Office by May 1, 2014 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Students that withdraw from housing during the 2014-2015 academic year will forfeit the $500 housing deposit.
If payment must be sent by paper check, please allow additional time for your payment to arrive and to be processed at the Student Accounts Office. Indicate on your check the student's name and ID# and mail check payable to Champlain College, Student Accounts, PO Box 670, Burlington, VT 05402-0670.
