Campus Opens
Champlain
College opened its newest international
campus in Montreal, Canada, this fall.
The bustling city is now home to 30
third-year students. They will study
there for one semester before returning
to the Burlington campus.

Alumni
Honored
In September,
alumni gathered aboard the Spirit
of Ethan Allen II for the Annual Alumni
Awards Dinner to recognize fellow
alumni leaders. Recipients were selected
based on leadership and success in
their careers and outstanding service
to their community or to Champlain
College. Presentation of awards were
made by fellow alumni, faculty members,
and President Finney.

Courtney
McAuliffe ’98 was the recipient
of the Roger A. Perry Alumni Award;
Marie Ambusk ’71 received the
C. Bader Brouilette Alumni Award;
Peter Bruhn ’06 and Peter Jewett
’07 earned the President’s
Alumni Award; Sarah Soule ’82
received the Robert S. Skiff Alumni
Award; and Tim Kavanagh ’86
was the recipient of the Vermont Alumni
