Refund Policy

Tuition: In case of voluntary withdrawal or dismissal from the College, a portion of the tuition may be refunded. Traditional, fulltime students must notify the Registrar in writing of their intent to withdraw from the College.

The date this written withdrawal notification is received by the registrar, or the effective date, whichever is later, becomes the official withdrawal date and the basis for refund calculation. Such refunds, assuming that all financial obligations for the semester have been met, will be computed on the following basis:

September 2 through September 11, 2008 90%
September 12 through 26, 2008 50%
September 27 through November 5, 2008 25%
After November 5, 2008 No Refund
Spring Semester
January 12 through January 21, 2009 90%
January 22 through February 5, 2009 50%
February 6 through March 20, 2009 25%
After March 20, 2009 No Refund
