Fitness for All

A fun but challenging workout that will leave you wanting more! The workout can be tailored to accommodate any fitness level, from athlete to beginner. Starting with a dynamic warm-up to engage a full body temperature increase, you will then go through a series of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) inspired workouts to train the entire body! Whether you want to get fit for winter or just get a great workout, this class is for you!
