Get Pumped

Get Pumped is a class for anybody who wants to get stronger. It will do a mixture of movements using a barbell or dumbbells. Get Pumped will be a total body workout focusing on the major muscle groups to build longer, leaner muscles, burn fat and gain strength! We will use traditional gym movements such as squats, curls, lunges and push-ups to get into shape fast.
