Cycling Club

The Champlain College Cycling Club (otherwise known as C4), was founded in the fall of 2009.  The club is primarily focused on mountain biking but recently started a road biking division.  We also have members who ride BMX, but no unicycles yet.

We as a club do not compete in any form, though some of our members do compete individually in various events around the region and some even compete nationally. The club is open to all riding levels, from beginner to expert and hosts rides on various terrain difficulties and types (dirt to asphalt and even snow).  The club possesses bikes for those who do not have a bike here at Champlain, but would like to take part in club rides, or would like to borrow a bike to ride on their own. We do not currently have set times that we meet, though we can be found on Facebook for the latest updates. Our club is comprised of over thirty people, with around fifteen being active in every meeting and event. The Club's primary goal is to increase interest in all types of cycling.
