For Reel Rules

You must read and accept the Rules in order to participate in the For Reel competition. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in disqualification.

The Rules

• Videos may not violate (or depict any violation of) Student Handbook rules
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity, violence and nudity are strictly prohibited
• ALL participants must sign a release form
• ALL forms must accompany DVD video submissions in hard copy (registration form and talent release forms)
• Videos should be no longer than 3 minutes
• Entrants (individuals or teams) must submit a registration form by March 26, 2010
• Entrants must submit videos in uncompressed DVD raw MOV format on or before April 2, 2010
• Entrants agree that the submitted videos become the property of Champlain College and may be used in the College's promotional materials. Videos may be edited or modified for promotional use without permission of the entrant
• Copyrighted music, video, still or other elements may not be used. Champlain College has a music and sound effects library in Media Services.
• Only current, full-time, undergraduate students of Champlain College are eligible to enter
• Violation of Champlain College Media Services rules may result in disqualification
