Members of the Campaign Council

James H. CrookJames H. Crook, President of IDX and Champlain trustee is the spokesperson for the Campaign.

"Champlain College is transforming the meaning of higher education. It is an institution in constant search of excellence and is eager to test new ideas, new partnerships and exciting new programs. It has a track record of proactive decision-making and always delivers on its promises. The results are stunning."

 

Holly D. MillerHolly D. Miller, Chairperson of the Champlain Board of Trustees and Co-Chair of the Trustee Division, is overseeing the operations of the campaign.

"I feel privileged to be able to serve on this Board of Trustees. Champlain faculty and staff are willing to go beyond the call of duty to support, teach and inspire students. It is very personal and it translates into the message that we care… we care about your education first and foremost, but also we care about you as a person."

 

Dawn P.G. TerrillDawn P.G. Terrill, '88 and Former President and CEO of Hill Associates, will direct the Alumni division of the campaign.

"As a graduate of Champlain College, I am excited to join forces with those leading the effort to take Champlain another step forward. Having seen a variety of successful initiatives in the past 15 years, I'm proud to be involved in this project as it will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the future of the community, the College and each of its students."

 

Peter M. CollinsPeter M. Collins, partner of Paul, Frank & Collins law firm, and a Champlain trustee, is the former board chairman and is leading the trustee division.

"This campaign is the largest and most ambitious in the history of the College, but one that is essential to its future. The Campaign Council will help steer the wonderful energy of the volunteers to make sure that the goals are met or perhaps even exceeded!"

 

Thomas H. PierceThomas H. Pierce, Champlain trustee, is training all of the volunteers on each of the committees.

"Champlain is such an exciting place to be associated with. It is innovative and quick on its feet, providing a first-class education to its students. As a Council member of the Power of Three, I have the honor of working with a wonderful team of volunteers to tell our story, and it is a great story."

 

Debby M. BerghDebby M. Bergh, consultant and Champlain trustee, is directing the campaign policies.

"Overseeing the policies of this campaign has been problem-free because Champlain always takes extreme care in the planning of their projects, with wonderful staff support and leadership from the President's office and Board of Trustees. I am delighted to offer any assistance I can to see these three buildings completed and filled with students as soon as we can accomplish it."
