Champlain College's Office of Admission introduces Text Updates! Text Updates allow prospective students to receive important updates about admission deadlines and events directly to their mobile phones!

What are Text Updates?

Text updates are helpful text messages sent directly to your mobile phone. They notify you of important admission dates and deadlines and provide reminders about special admission events near you and on campus.

Is there a charge for this?

We provide this service to you at no charge, but depending on your text messaging plan, standard text message rates may apply.

How many texts will I receive?

On average, you will receive between zero to five texts each month.

Who can sign up for Text Updates?

Typically, Text Updates subscribers will be prospective high school and transfer students who are interested in applying to Champlain College. This service is designed for anyone who is interested in learning more about Champlain College and wants to be informed about upcoming events and admission dates and deadlines.

Will you sell my phone number or any of my information?

No, absolutely not! We're serious about protecting your privacy; all the information we collect will remain for our purposes only.

How do I stop receiving Text Updates?

To stop receiving Text Updates, you can reply with the words 'DISABLE' to any text message. It will take 24 to 48 hours to update in our system and you will stop getting text messages from us. At any time, you may also call the Office of Admissions to stop receiving messages.

How do I manage my profile?

Manage your profile by typing in your mobile number. You will be prompted to enter a PIN. From there, follow the on-screen directions.
