Transfer to Champlain College

There are two ways for you to meet someone from Champlain and get to know us better. We will be attending some Transfer Fairs (maybe in your area) or you can come visit us in Vermont during one of our Transfer Student Visits on campus.

Transfer students have the opportunity to sit with the Senior Transfer Admissions Manager, Amber Rich, to make sure all of your questions are answered and tour campus with a student ambassador.

Financial Aid

At the time you submit your application for Admission, please be sure if you are applying for Financial Aid, that you have filled out a completed FAFSA and that Champlain College's school code has been added. Champlain's School Code for Financial Aid is: 003864. The Financial Aid package will follow the admission decision by approximately two weeks. Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is awarded to incoming transfer students that are qualified members of the organization. Phi Theta Kappa is the honor society for high achieving 2-year community college students. The award is based on merit. Questions concerning this scholarship should be directed to Amber Rich, the College's Senior Transfer Admission Manager, at 802-383-6645 or rich@champlain.edu.

Reactivating an Application:

If you applied to Champlain College within the past year, you may be able to reactivate your prior application instead of re-submitting a new one. To see if that is possible, you may call Amber Rich at (802) 383-6645.

Admission Criteria
