  • Human Resources Management: learn the ins and outs of finding and keeping a business’s most important assets—its employees.

  • Managerial Accounting: master the techniques of using accounting information in business decision making.

  • Small Business & Entrepreneurship: understand the principles of small business management and venture creation needed to work for a small business or start your own.

This program delivers a practical, relevant education—one prized by managers and employers. Right from the start of your first semester, “living” case studies allow you to build relationships with Burlington-area businesspeople and help them tackle real business challenges at their companies. You’ll present your work to top managers and CEOs, the same people you might want to work with when you graduate. You will work on field-based projects and internships for a variety of corporations, such as Ben & Jerry’s, Burton Snowboards, Dealer.com, Merrill Lynch and UBS.
