Champlain College, in partnership
with GBIC and the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber
of Commerce established a roundtable dialogue series
with information technology companies to identify
the needs of this growing industry in Vermont and
connect employers to public and private resources.
The first meeting in October 2006 yielded a comprehensive
report of the key issues (download
PDF). An action plan and goals emerged from the
January 2007 meeting and at the next meeting in April,
Commissioner of Innovation and Information Technology,
Tom Murray will present the Governor's e-State Initiative
(download PDF).
