Diversity & Inclusion: To find success, look beyond the expected.

Greetings and welcome!

Thank you for your interest in learning more about Diversity & Inclusion at Champlain College.

We are committed to working in partnership with all members of our college and external partners to build a welcoming and inclusive community where students, faculty and staff engage in continuous learning and growth.

We strategically organize our diversity and inclusion work within an institutional framework that is comprehensive and includes all areas of the organization.

To advance Diversity & Inclusion, the College engages leaders from all areas including:

  • Academic Affairs and Academic Divisions
  • Enrollment Management
  • People Center and Human Resources
  • the Division of Student Life.

Champlain College also works in collaboration with students, faculty and staff to advance Diversity and Inclusion through the leadership of the College Diversity Council, which serves in an advisory capacity to the President.
