Class of 2012 Graduates from Executive Leadership Program

Champlain College's Center for Professional and Executive Development and the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce the graduation of twenty-three senior executives from Excellence in Executive Leadership (ExcEL). Established in 2009, this program provides an experiential, reflective learning environment that supports executive leadership development, an executive peer learning group and one-on-one coaching opportunities. The core components of the program are: developing and strengthening emotional intelligence, building strategic capacity and influencing systems.

The Excellence in Executive Leadership (ExcEL) program is now accepting applications online for fall 2013 at its program website, www.champlain.edu/excel. Space is limited and participants are selected through a competitive application process. The application deadline is May 1. Tuition discounts are available for early applicants.
