Office of International Education
Here at Champlain, international and comparative perspective is woven into the Core curriculum and includes opportunities for study abroad for a semester or as part of a course taught on the Burlington campus. Most majors also encourage students to study abroad as part of their program and many students have opportunities for international internships and service learning.
Champlain College has study abroad campuses in Montreal and Dublin, and provides opportunities for students to study abroad at additional sites through approved third party providers, and our exchange partners. Studying abroad is an expectation and within the next few years 50% or more of our students will have studied abroad by the time they graduate.
Champlain invites international students to enroll for their four years at college. Find all the resources you will need to study in the United States, and at Champlain College. The College also has an exchange program with schools in Morocco, France, and the Netherlands, where Burlington students spend a semester immersed in another culture, and students from these international campuses get to join our campus.
At Champlain College, global awareness and global perspective involves living and learning in a diverse and tolerant environment that encourages open discussion and exposes students to different worldviews. In this spirit Champlain College attracts, welcomes and supports students from many countries and diverse cultures.
