Put Items on Course Reserve
Put Items on Physical Course Reserve
Faculty members can put materials on course reserve in the library for student use. Materials on course reserve will be limited to in-library use only, with a three hour checkout period.
Faculty members who wish to put personal copies of materials on course reserve must bring them to the library and fill out a physical reserve request form. The library will place a barcode, stickers, and magnetic security tape in these items. The items will be returned via interoffice mail at the end of the reserve period.
To put materials owned by the library on course reserve, please fill out the request form.
Items are typically on course reserve for one semester. Please indicate when placing your request if a different reserve period is needed.
