Kelly Murnaghan is Burton's SVP of Global Marketing and Consumer Direct. In this role, Kelly is responsible for Global Marketing Planning and Operations, Global Brand Marketing, and the Global Consumer Direct (DTC) business. She is a key driver of Burton's transformation toward being a consumer-centric, digital-first retailer of the future, and central to the company's efforts to grow the sport while amplifying the brand.
Kelly was most recently the Chief Marketing Officer at Lagunitas Brewing Company, where she oversaw the marketing, strategy, product innovation, and retail teams. Prior to that, Kelly was the VP of Marketing for North America at Vans where she built the North American marketing team from the ground up and helped achieve the most successful year in Vans' history.
Originally hailing from Durban, South Africa, Kelly now lives in South Burlington, Vermont, with her husband Dion and daughters Nico and Sadie.
