Management & Innovation Major Curriculum

Various classes in the Management & Innovation curriculum will have you rethinking your view of the world; you'll shake things up and strengthen your creative talents.

You won't be sitting in a big lecture hall for any Champlain courses—you're more likely to be collaborating with classmates or discussing current topics in business and innovation.

The Management and Innovation program's experiential classes develop your "power" skills in communication, critical thinking, analysis, strategy, and leadership. These are precisely the strengths employers seek, and the skills that will help you succeed in any industry or position.

You'll start taking Management & Innovation classes beginning in your first semester—through Champlain's Upside-Down Curriculum—giving you more time for meaningful internships and résumé-building experiences.
