Are You A New Champlain College Online Student?

Get Familiar With WebAdvisor

WebAdvisor is used for both online and on-campus students; you will find that not all pages will be relevant to you.

  • For program information use the Program Evaluation and My Class Schedule pages
  • For tuition & payment information, use the Student Statement & Payment and Tuition Reimbursement Statement pages.
  • To view your financial aid information use the Financial Aid Award Letter page.

Set-Up Payment

The Student Accounts Office will send instructions on your payment options to your Champlain College email address once you are registered for classes. You can view payment options now in the admissions section of this site, under Tuition & Financing.

Complete Intro To Online Learning & Academic Integrity Tutorials

Intro. To Online Learning is the orientation to Champlain College Online. This tutorial will teach you how to be a successful student and how to use Canvas.

Academic Integrity will teach you how to avoid plagiarizing, cite properly using APA and MLA formatting, and set the expectations for academic integrity in your courses.

View Required Materials

This information will be available one (1) month prior to the start of a course. At that time, your Academic Advisor will send you email reminders and you will need to confirm textbook requirements and any additional required materials via the syllabus index. Instructions and helpful tips on how to do so will be included in the email reminder.

Discounts for college students are available at many places and we want you to be able to take advantage of them! To receive a Champlain College Student Identification Card follow these instructions:

Using your Champlain College email account, email

Your email message must:

  • Specify that you would like your ID mailed to you
  • Have a subject line that reads "Request For Student ID Card - {your first and last name}"
  • Include your student ID number and your mailing address in the body of the email to ensure you receive your card. You can find your student ID number at under "Profile."

Your Photo Must Meet The Following Requirements:

  • Focused, individual headshot
  • No hats or sunglasses
  • Color photo only
  • Must be in JPG format
