Adam brings a diverse breadth of production and management experience to the EMC, from laboratory and field science to film / video production, web development, and now interactive media development. Born a Vermonter, he is a graduate of St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in Biology, and applies that connection to place and scientific perspective to his creative pursuits. His love of photography, film, and their associated technology innovations prompted a career shift during the digital film revolution at the "turn of the century". In 2008, he founded Walker Run Productions, LLC with a focus on video event coverage and documentary shorts on topics such as environmental stewardship and community education. He has strong convictions about the power of experiential education and that a blend of story and interactive delivery can lead to profound social transformation.
