Food insecurity is the lack of reliable access to sufficient quantities of affordable nutritious food.
There are four levels of food insecurity. Our food pantry aims to aid those identifying within both "low" and "very low" food security:
High Food Security
Marginal Food Security
Low Food Security: reduced quality, variety, or desirability of diet. Little or no indication of reduced food intake.
Very Low Food Security: multiple indications of disrupted eating patterns and reduced food intake.
