SUMMARY:Women's Empowerment Retreat
DESCRIPTION:All current students are welcome to join the Women’s & Gender Center on our Women’s Empowerment Retreat at offsite cabins in the North East Kingdom of Vermont. The weekend will include hiking\, paddling\, leaf peeping\, games\, crafts\, campfires (with s’mores of course!)\, yoga\, empowerment activities\, yummy meals\, and new friendships! We will end the weekend with a show at the infamous Bread & Puppet theater. All meals will be provided. Participation and registration are free! Sign up ASAP\, as space is limited! Email womensandgender@champlain.edu for more information. \nStudents of all gender expressions and identities are invited to the Women’s Empowerment Retreat\, and all expressions of femininity and womanhood are welcome. We will primarily focus on issues that affect women and engage in empowerment activities centered around these experiences and identities.
