Consistent use can help combat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)\, and improve mood\, sleep\, and energy. Instructions for safe use are included with all happy lights on campus. \nWhere Can I Find Them?\nHappy lights are located in IDX Fireside Lounge\, and on the third\, second\, and ground floors of MIC (Library). The idea is to sketch using traditional methods. Every week we pick a theme and a challenge.The purpose is to share a moment together\, become more aware and focused\, and practice traditional sketching techniques with pencils\, colors\, or whatever you prefer. \nThis is not a drawing contest\, you’re not required to share anything.
