Jessie’s story is one of resilience\, self-discovery\, and a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. \nAttendees will learn how her lived experiences shaped her passion for creating workplaces where all employees feel valued\, supported\, and empowered. She holds a Master’s in Positive Organization Development from Champlain College and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College. \nAs a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Burlington\, Jessie has streamlined operations for 700+ employees\, led a $100\,000 employee wellness program\, and earned the City new wellness awards. Her previous roles included HR Administrative Coordinator and Guest Services Management at McDonalds\, for which she received national recognition for leadership. Known for inspiring teamwork and fostering positive change\, Jessie is committed to making a meaningful impact professionally and in her community.
