Consistent use can help combat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)\, and improve mood\, sleep\, and energy. Instructions for safe use are included with all happy lights on campus. \nWhere Can I Find Them?\nHappy lights are located in IDX Fireside Lounge\, and on the third\, second\, and ground floors of MIC (Library).
