DESCRIPTION:As the Spring semester draws to a close\, Film Society presents The Sixth Semi-Annual Chauncey Awards: The Chaunceys Goes Punk! Featuring a new theme\, new categories\, and brand-new films submitted by YOU! \nJoin us for a night showcasing student films and vote for your favorites – all with some punk rock flair! \nSubmissions are due by April 23 at 8:00 PM. DESCRIPTION:Every Wednesday\, we meet at Ireland 217 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm to sketch! \nZen Sketch is a volunteer event hosted by the Animation Students and Felipe. The idea is to sketch using traditional methods. Every week we pick a theme and a challenge.The purpose is to share a moment together\, become more aware and focused\, and practice traditional sketching techniques with pencils\, colors\, or whatever you prefer. \nThis is not a drawing contest\, you’re not required to share anything. It’s more about stepping away from technology and enjoying a moment with good company and friends while sketching and having a good time. \nThis event is hosted by the Animation Program and open to the entire Champlain community. Students\, faculty\, and staff are all welcome to join us!
