DESCRIPTION:Old Spokes Home and Local Motion are celebrating Women’s History Month with an evening highlighting women cyclists from Vermont and beyond. \nJoin us for a screening of short films featuring women cyclists\, followed by a panel of local riders sharing their experiences. Panelists include staff from Old Spokes Home and Local Motion\, as well as Roxy Bombardier\, a Vermont-based cyclist and advocate featured in Claim the Lane\, whose work highlights inclusion in cycling and support for trans and gender-expansive riders; Rachel Cohen\, a Jericho\, VT-based teacher\, youth cycling advocate\, and organizer of The Ranger VT; and Zoraya Hightower\, a Burlington-based leader and advocate focused on environmental and social justice. \nThe event will take place on Friday\, March 27\, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Champlain College Alumni Auditorium.
