The nonprofit client completes a questionnaire outlining the marketing topic about which they are seeking advice. Consultants get access to the questionnaire in advance of the meeting to get their creative juices flowing in anticipation of sharing out during the 90-minute session. Consultants can attend just an occasional meeting or join in the conversation every month.
