Welcome to the Campus Planning & Auxiliary Services (CPAS) department at Champlain College!

CPAS is composed of three departments: Physical Plant, Auxiliary Services, and Transportation. It is also instrumental in Space Allocation. The core campus consists of 27.3 acres, 52 buildings, and 866,077 GSF along with additional leased space.

CPAS manages all design and construction of the College's capital projects, including new construction and major renovations. CPAS is also responsible for strategic Capital Plan Management which best supports the mission and strategic priorities of the College's Mission & Vision.
