How do I deposit money for my department?
Cash or checks payable to "Champlain College" are hand carried to: Office of Student Accounts, 140 Perry Hall. Please include a deposit form with your department account number. A receipt will be issued to you immediately after verification of the deposit amount. Request a department deposit form by email to Shelley Bernier.
How do I put money on my Cash Card?
You may deposit funds securely online to your Cash Card account 24 hours a day. Please allow one business day for web deposits to be updated to your account. Deposits on Fridays will be updated by Monday evening. Click here to deposit funds to your Cash Card! You may also pay by check at the Enrollment Service Center at 174 Perry Hall. Deposit minimum $20.
How do I purchase an Employee Meal Plan?
A meal plan for faculty and staff may be purchased securely online. The plan cost is $185.00 for 25 meals at the Dining Hall, and is valid for one year from the date of puchase. When are the Pay in Full due dates for students?
Summer: April 10th
Fall: July 25th
Spring: November 25th
Is a payment plan available?
Yes, full- time students may pay through the Tuition Management Payment Plan, TMS, offered for the full academic year (fall and spring semesters). Please visit Payment Plans or http://www.afford.com/champlain for more information.

How can an undergraduate or MFA student enrolled in a full time courses waive the Student Health Insurance?
Students waive the insurance on WebAdvisor, see "FT-Decline Health Ins" to access the online waiver form. Information on this process is located on our Student Health Insurance page. The online waiver is only available from June 1 to August 26 each year prior to the start of the fall semester. Students beginning in the spring semester will have the opportunity to waive health insurance from November 4 to January 13th; prior to the start of the spring semester.
