Champlain Wi-Fi

The Information Systems team has implemented new Wi-Fi technology that is designed toprovide optimal security and usability of our campus Wi-Fi network. As a result of this change, our Wi-Fi network names are changing.

All students, faculty and staff should use the Wi-Fi network named "Champlain" as their primary Wi-Fi network. This network replaces both the ChampStudent and facstaff networks.

We have also added a ChamplainGuest network, for campus visitors who do not have a Champlain College or eduroam account. Guest Wi-Fi access is valid for 3 days and will require the user to register with a mobile phone or an email address.

Action Required: You will need to reconfigure any of your devices that use Wi-Fi (laptop, tablet, mobile phone) to use the new Wi-Fi networks. You can do this now as the new networks are working today. The old networks will stop working on August 16th. If you need assistance reconfiguring your devices, please contact ChampSupport.
