The Wellness and Fitness Center at Champlain College is a state of the art Fitness Center located in the IDX Student Life Center. We pride ourselves in keeping our Fitness Center clean, current, and fun, and we welcome the beginner, intermediate, and advanced individual.
A number of fitness classes are offered at Champlain College's Wellness & Fitness Center in the IDX Student Life Center. Classes that are offered change each semester, so to see the current programs offered including days and times for each class, see the Wellness and Fitness Center webpages or Facebook page.
A Google calendar of up to date Group Fitness classes, and their instructors is also available! Any subs will also be listed in advance, as well as cancellations. To add this calendar to your Google calendars list, click on the "+" image on the bottom right once you've opened the calendar.
