Stridekick Steps Challenge

"As President of Champlain, I attend my fair share of meetings. Walking to and from appointments, staying active during the day and keeping track of my activity helps keep me healthy. With the help of technology to track my steps, the goal of 10,000 steps a day is secondary to the awareness it gives me in how being active all day can add up to real changes to my habits and health." - Donald J. Laackman
