Let's spring into being active! Join Champlain College faculty, staff, spouses, and partners for the Spring Step Challenge! From Monday, March 19th to Sunday, April 15th, join the Champlain College family to track our steps, move more, and accompany our colleagues and partners on a virtual voyage to Sydney, Australia!

A four week challenge with four great rewards - and better health at the end of it - what could be better?For each day you hit one of the levels below, your name will be entered into the drawing for that week's prize.

  • Level 1 Steppers: Individuals who complete 2k-5k steps
  • Level 2 Steppers: Individuals who complete 5.1k-10k steps
  • Level 3 Steppers: Individuals who complete over 10k steps

Weekly Prizes:

  • Week 1: $10 gift card to Eco Bean
  • Week 2: $25 gift card to City Market or Healthy Living
  • Week 3: $30-$45 pass to Vermont State Parks or Green Mountain Club
  • Week 4: $60 membership to Family Burlington Beach or Family Green Mountain Club

  • Join the challenge at the bottom of the page.
  • Click "Join Challenge" in the top left hand corner.
  • Download the app to keep track of and check your steps.
  • Step away and let your fitness tracker do all the work.
