Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the online MS in Executive Leadership, graduates will be able to:

  • Create and articulate a personal and authentic leadership approach, culminating in a mission statement in which continued learning is a key component
  • Create a vision and develop behaviors to successfully lead a diverse group of people through uncertain environments
  • Synthesize information from a variety of disciplines to cultivate evolving strategies for leadership in multiple environments
  • Use cultural and communication skills to interact in a reciprocal exchange that honors the human dignity of all persons and demonstrates a developed multicultural worldview
  • Recognize and address moral challenges facing leaders in organizations through application of a meaningful framework for ethical development
  • Exhibit and reflect upon changes in personal leadership behavior, as evidenced by expanded self-knowledge, team-behavior, cultural awareness, and systems thinking
  • Integrate theoretical frameworks and/or research methodologies with experience to produce a meaningful and dynamic personal leadership vision
