Apartment-Style Residence Halls

For juniors and seniors who eventually want to put a little more distance between school and home, we have deluxe apartment-style housing options with spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains.

194 St. Paul Street

Just a short walk down the hill from main campus is the brand-new 194 St. Paul Street residence. Conveniently located near Burlington's pedestrian-only Church Street and the Lake Champlain waterfront and bike path, it offers ultra-modern, fully furnished apartments (studios to four-bedroom townhouses) for groups and individuals. There are free washers and dryers on every floor, as well as bright and spacious common areas and quiet study rooms. The building's main courtyard offers lounge seating and a gas firepit. Other amenities include fitness and cardio rooms, a mail room and central office. Many students find this housing option to be a perfect transition from a residence hall to an apartment, and it is currently open only to eligible upperclass students.

One of the greenest buildings in downtown Burlington, 194 St. Paul Street is outfitted with solar panels, and each apartment is equipped with compost bins and low-flow shower heads.
