IT'S TIME TO PLAN AHEAD
At Champlain, you determine the type of campus living you'd like to experience, and we help you by providing a range of options. However, choosing your living space for the next academic year can be overwhelming if you are not prepared. In this section of the site, you'll find all you need to educate yourself on Champlain College's housing selection process and learn the steps necessary to secure your preferred room assignment for the fall.
THE HOUSING SELECTION PROCESS
Housing Selection is the process by which current Champlain College students sign up for the spaces where they will live for the 2014 - 2015 academic year.
YOU'VE GOT TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT—SUBMIT YOUR HOUSING DEPOSIT BY THE DEADLINE
Students that submit their Housing Deposit by the March 14, 2014 deadline will receive a Priority Number and will be eligible to participate in the Housing Selection process during the week of March 31.
For information on how to submit your deposits please visit Housing & Tuition Deposit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DEADLINE?
Students depositing after the March 14 deadline will not be able to take part in the Housing Selection Process and will not be able to be pulled-in via proxy. Instead, students depositing after the deadline will be put on a waiting list and will be assigned to spaces that become available over the summer based on the date they submitted their deposits. Please note that there will be NO EXCEPTIONS made for late deposits.
Please visit the Enrollment Services Office, which handles student accounts, for any concerns or questions you may have regarding deposit submittal.
