Champlain College offers a variety of pre-college summer programs for high school students looking to get hands-on experience in a variety of in-demand fields . These residential programs allow high school students to immerse themselves in a subject they're passionate about, learn from and work with our industry-expert faculty, get a taste of college life, and add strength to their college applications. Some programs also allow you to earn transferable college credits! 

Art & Graphic Design Portfolio Preparation CourseArt & Design Portfolio Building Course

Expand your skills, create new works of art and prepare your personal portfolio for college applications while you earn three college credits. Intended for those entering their senior year of high school, students choose from tracks in graphic design, film & video, game art and creative media.

Advanced Game Academy: July 27-August 7, 2020

Develop hands-on skills in all aspects of game development including design, art, animation, programming, sound, and production.  Students work in teams to build an original game. For students who have previously attended the Game Academy, we offer an Advanced session that allows students to dive deeper into all aspects of game development and fine-tune their skills.
