Welcome to the Campus Operations division at Champlain College!
The Campus Operations team works to create a campus environment that enhances living and learning experience, welcomes visitors, and promotes an overall positive atmosphere at Champlain College.
The core campus consists of 27.3 acres, 52 buildings, and 866,077 GSF along with additional leased space.
Campus Operations manages all design and construction of the College’s capital projects, including new construction and major renovations. In addition to construction projects, the Office of Campus Operations also oversees:
- Maintenance
- Operations
- Grounds and Labor
- Moves and Event Setup
- Work Requests, and
- Key Requests
