A question often asked by prospective students is, “What are the residence halls at Champlain College like?” Well, allow us to paint a vivid picture for you. Our residence halls are not just places to live; they’re homes that reflect a blend of greatness, modernity, and breathtaking natural beauty. With sweeping views of Lake Champlain and the majestic Adirondack Mountains, our residence halls provide a backdrop that’s both inspiring and comforting.
A Variety of Accommodations
Our residence halls come in two distinct styles: Victorian-era mansions and contemporary suite-style options. For first-year students, the journey begins in one of our 21 meticulously restored Victorian mansions that surround our campus. These mansions, reminiscent of a bygone era, create a sense of heritage and community from the moment you step inside.
Returning and transfer students have the option of choosing from our contemporary suite-style residence halls. Located both on campus and in the surrounding Hill Section, these halls offer a modern living experience with all the amenities you’d expect. In addition, our luxury apartments at 194 St. Paul Street provide an upscale living option right in downtown Burlington, offering not only proximity to campus, but also vibrant city life and captivating waterfront views.
