Pump up the volume- is an upbeat fitness class focused on weight based training, utilizing functional movements to complete resistance exercises.

  • Taught by Kevin McDonnell

    Sundays 11:00am-12:00pm

The class will be a beginner friendly yoga class focused on counteracting the way many spend their days at a desk, or over their phone. We’ll focus on opening the chest and heart space, along with mobility through the entire body. Class structure will likely vary at times, though we’ll generally be building heat, stretching into muscle groups while building strength, and then cooling down.
