Follow these steps to reset your Champlain password.
Familiarize yourself with your new college network account. Please follow these directions to activate your account and get started.
Get information and links to the software solutions provided for academic use. Some products may not be available to all students.
Use the “Champlain” network from anywhere on campus. This network is restricted to Champlain accounts and requires authentication with those credentials.
Typically, the first point of contact is Champ Support Help or Knowledge Base , where you can search for answers to your questions or submit a ticket.
