Smarthinking offers real-time online tutoring and homework help 24 hours a day, seven days a week—anytime you are studying and from anywhere you have internet access. Smarthinking is available to all Champlain students—undergraduate, graduate and online.

In addition to communicating with live tutors, you can also access tutorials in math, business, writing, and sciences, as well as a full range of study resources, including writing manuals, sample problems, research tools and study skills manuals.

Smarthinking is not a proofreading/editing service and does not provide "answers" to students.  Their tutors typically have masters or doctoral degrees and are teachers themselves.
